The spokesman of al-Nujaba Islamic Resistance, Al-Shimmari condemned the false claims made by an advisor of the Iraqi prime minister, warning him to not talk about what he is not informed of.

The spokesman of al-Nujaba Islamic Resistance in a letter to the economic advisor of the Iraqi prime minister criticized his recent positions, al-Nujaba’s Centre for Communications and Media Affairs in Iran reported.

Engineer al-Shimmari, addressing Hisham Davoud wrote, “The Iraqi Constitution has no article making the participation of all groups in the enactment of a law necessary or implying that the resignation of a government has an effect on the performance of the parliament”.

He added, “You are a member who claims that is in his position for fighting against share-seeking and sectarianism; therefore, you aren’t supposed to return to the zero point in this regard!”

The spokesman of al-Nujaba continued, “It seems that you, ignoring the Constitution, attempt to advocate your friends with whom you have cooperated for a long time”.

Al-Shimmari also rejected the claim made by Mustafa al-Kazemi’s advisor on the disapproval of the sources of emulation of the occupiers’ leaving Iraq and then pointed out, “What you said is not a political manoeuvre but an outright lie that targets the sources of emulation, the main advocates of unity, sovereignty and freedom of Iraq”.

Finally, he warned Hisham Davoud, “Don’t any more talk about what you aren’t informed of”.

It should be noted that the advisor of the Iraqi prime minister, on Tuesday, in an interview with media, claimed that the enactment of the parliament on the expulsion of occupying forces isn’t legally binding as all the Iraqi political groups have not reached a consensus over it! In another false claim, he had called the sources of emulation the advocates of the presence of occupiers in Iraq!
