President of the 72nd session of the UN General Assembly Miroslav Lajcak has recently tweeted that he and Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif in a meeting on the sidelines on the event, reviewed developments mainly in the Middle East region, IRNA reported.<\/h2>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t‘Multilateralism addressed at meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister. Also discussed was the dynamics in the Middle East region.’ Lajcak said in his Twitter message.<\/p>\n

Both sides also discussed effective paradigms regarding the Middle East developments, the UNGA president added.<\/p>\n

Zarif on Thursday morning attended a conversation organized by the American think tank the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) in the New York City and outlined Iran’s foreign policy.<\/p>\n

He had also several interviews with the international and local media in the last day of his two-week stay in New York.<\/p>\n
