Iran\u2019s International Property Rights Index score has declined by 0.169 to 4.578, placing it 12th in the Middle East and North Africa region and 103rd in the world, according to Property Rights Alliance’s latest report.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\tIran is classified by IMF as part of the Middle East, North Africa and \nPakistan group, and by the World Bank as an upper middle income country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\tIPRI is based on 10 factors gathered under three components: Legal and \nPolitical Environment, Physical Property Rights and Intellectual \nProperty Rights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\tThe overall grading scale of IPRI is [0\u201310], where 10 is the highest \nvalue for a property rights system and 0 is the lowest value. The same \ninterpretative logic is applied to all three components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
