The story recounts how oil affected the lives of three \ngenerations in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The organizers of the 12th Jalal Al-e Ahmad Literary Awards announced six nominees for the novel and story section last week.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEndlessness\u201d by Mehdi Ebrahimi, \u201cTurning \non the One-Way Street\u201d by Mohammadreza Marzuqi and \u201cThe Shamelessness \nSituation\u201d by Hamed Jalali are among the nominees.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDays and Dreams\u201d by Payam Yazdanju and \n\u201cThey\u2019ve Written Us by Snow\u201d by Nasim Tavassoli have also received \nnominations in the category. &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The winners of the Jalal Al-e Ahmad \nLiterary Awards, Iran\u2019s most lucrative literary prize, will be announced\n during a ceremony in Tehran on December 2, which is the birthday of \nwriter Jalal Al-e Ahmad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Photo: Iranian writer Qobad Azaraiin and front cover of his book \u201cEruption\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nABU\/MMS\/YAW\n\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Iranian writer Qobad Azaraiin announced on Wednesday that for personal reasons he wants his book \u201cEruption\u201d withdrawn from among the nominations for the Jalal Al-e Ahmad Literary Awards.&nbsp;
